The vision for our work is supporting the spiritual, psychological and physical needs of candidates, priests and men and women religious serving the Church in the modern world. Our mission is to promote the health and holiness of men and women in ministry.

We exist as a resource to individuals, diocesan officials, bishops, vocation directors, seminary staff, religious congregations and leadership teams. In collaboration, we address the realistic challenges of ministry and personal development in a supportive professional manner.

The Centre was formed at the request of the Bishops’ Conference of England and Wales and operates in close association with Saint Luke Institute.
